The Bible is full of promise and hope for the future. As the nation of Israel was being exiled from their land by their own wrong doing , God stopped to remind them that He was with them and gave them hope. “…I will come to you and fulfill my gracious promise to bring you back to this place. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:10-11)
Even when it feels that we’re in the midst of losing everything, God still has a purpose and a plan for your future.
There are seasons in every life – times of gain, and times of loss. The Book of Ecclesiastes, written by King Solomon, says, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven:” Whatever you’re facing now, you can be sure that it isn’t meant to last forever. It’s a season in your life that will pass. God reminded the Jews again in the book of Jeremiah as they faced hardship, “…there is hope for your future,” declares the Lord.” There is hope for your future.
And this is what He still says to you today. “There is hope for your future.”
