HOPE RESTORED TO THE RESIDENTS OF BATON ROUGE IN LOUISIANA

In August 2016, a devastating flood occurred in Louisiana which left thousands of houses damaged and flooding took over the state. In an effort to assist, Hope For You through RCCGNA took action by providing over $200,000 worth of brand new and designer products to the affected residents in October 2016. We received an 18-wheeler truck from our partner agency which was loaded with 24 palettes of assorted products ready to be delivered to the affected residents. We had a team of volunteers from four (4) parishes of RCCG who assisted to load the 18-wheeleer with forklifts and bare hands . A volunteer driver based in Houston drove to Dallas with his son to pick up the loaded truck and drove all the way to Baton Rouge Louisiana! This was a huge success as smiles were seen on the  faces of all the residents touched by this gesture.
